P.G. WODEHOUSE
15 Oct 1881 - 14 Feb 1975


English comic writer and lyricist, most popular today for his characters Jeeves and Wooster. In terms of developing memorable characters, Wodehouse is considered by many to be second only to Charles Dickens.

Wodehouse also worked on several plays, and wrote or contributed to lyrics for some 30 musical comedies.
